TalentSys develops people and talent management related applications and solutions to help HR professionals since 1990.

Inka.Net which is one of the first local HR applications in Turkey is developed by TalentSys and still being developed by TalentSys’s know how, guidance from consultants and feedback from our clients. TalentSys works with many companies by its flexible and parametric infrastructure and over 2.000 functionalities. All applications and solutions helps HR departments to manage people and talent related issues and processes efficiently and spend more time on strategic issues by sharing HR processes with employees and line managers

History

1990

Company was initially named Prosis.

1991

Inka.Net is developed and implemented in first clients.

1995

Merged with SFS Group.

1996

Windows based modules are launched and implemented.

1999

Turkey’s first web based survey manegement application SurveyHouse is launced. Turkey’s first online job site e-cvbank is launched.

2000

Turkey’s first web based performance management application which supports all methodologies is launched. HR Self Service platform in Inka.Net is launched.

2003

Got Microsoft Award for “Sectoral Solution in Intranet and Portal Applications” with Turkcell integrated HR project.

2007

Payroll module is converted to a web based application. Turkey’s first web based payroll module is launched.

2008

Companies start to use E-Performance outside Turkey for their regional Operations.

2014

Inka.Net users though our partnership with Pernet exceeded the number of 100 companies.

2017

TalentSys corporate identity is revised and launched.

All of out applications are cloud based and provided with SaaS model. But if you need applications to be installed in your servers due to company or local regulations we also provide installated and remote technical support services.

Sure, we work with you to develop process based solutions by keeping you existing investments. Module based implementation, integration and technical suport can be easily provided.

TalentSys provies it’s solutions with SaaS model to minimise your initial investment. You can use our applications based on the contract timeline and if you decide to move to another applications you will have the flexibility since there is no licensing investment. Licencing agreements are done due to requests.
